  • Potential resolutions

    Resolutions:

    Eat high nutrient foods from a wide variety of sources.

    Work core 4 days a week to improve posture and abs.                   

    Cross train: weights, high impact cardio, swim, bike, run regardless of work

    Avoid: processed foods, sugar, alcohol, low nutrient foods, eating after dinner

    Do more stretching, yoga and quiet time.

    Chew more and eat more slowly.

    Cut spending
